Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
